Mech-Industries operates from its manufacturing facility at 108 Kent Road, Anderbolt, Boksburg, in the industrial hub of Gauteng Province, South Africa. The facility, on a site of more than 3,000 square metres, is purpose-built to support the design, manufacture and quality control of polyurethane and rubber screening media and related accessories for the mineral processing industry

The location provides easy access to South Africa’s major national highways, international transport routes, OR Tambo International Airport and key logistics networks, enabling efficient distribution of products to customers throughout Southern Africa and to international export markets.

All Mech-Industries screening media and accessories are designed and manufactured entirely in-house. By controlling every stage of the manufacturing process—from product design and tooling through to injection moulding, quality control and final inspection—we ensure consistent product quality, short lead times and full traceability.

Our fully integrated manufacturing operation provides the flexibility to respond quickly to customer requirements while upholding the highest standards of engineering precision and product reliability.

Mech-Industries has invested significantly in its manufacturing infrastructure and operates multiple polyurethane and rubber injection-moulding machines, enabling efficient production of high-quality screening media for both local and international markets.
